The fixtures are working and may show normal cosmetic wear associated with commercial use, including minor marks, dust, finish variation, installation wear, or handling marks from removal. The buyer should inspect all fixtures, mounting components, wiring, sockets, and available hardware during pickup. Removal and Pickup: The fixtures are currently or were previously hardwired ceiling lights. They will need to be safely disconnected and removed before pickup. REMOVAL MADE SIMPLE: no surprise electrician quotes. Professional removal is a flat $75 per fixture, handled by our licensed electrician, and the fixture is taken down and ready for you at pickup. If you prefer to arrange your own licensed removal, that is fine too. Due to the ceiling height, removal will require a crane or lift. I can recommend a qualified person who can take the fixtures down and handle the crane for an additional fee, quoted separately and paid directly by the buyer. Electrical removal and future installation should be completed by a qualified individual. Buyer is responsible for confirming that all available canopies, mounting plates, screws, and related hardware are included. Buyer must bring their own boxes, wrapping and protective packaging for the fixtures — no boxing or packaging is provided. They can be reinstalled on standard 8–10 foot residential ceilings for kitchens, hallways, and living areas, or on tall ceilings in restaurants, tasting rooms, retail stores, and other commercial spaces.
