Heavy-Duty Aluminum Multi-Position Ladder — 18 ft. Reach

$95
1 ladder
Heavy-duty aluminum multi-position ladder used for lighting, signage, curtain, and ceiling work at CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar in Downtown Oakland. The hinged multi-position design locks into several configurations from one ladder — twin-front A-frame stepladder, full extension ladder, 90° straight ladder, and stairway/uneven-surface position — so it replaces three or four separate ladders in a shop, warehouse, or home. This is the ladder that made the tall work in our space possible: track lighting, pendant fixtures, curtain rods on 18-ft walls, and top-shelf stock retrieval. Dimensions & adjustable heights • Maximum reach height: approximately 18 ft. (standing reach with the ladder in extension position) • Extension / straight-ladder height: about 15 ft. of usable rail length • Twin-front A-frame (stepladder) height: about 7 ft. 6 in. tall, roughly 4 ft. 6 in. of climbing height • Rung spacing: about 12 in. apart, adjustable in one-rung increments as the sections telescope • Folded/storage size: roughly 7 ft. 6 in. long x 24 in. wide x 12 in. deep — stands flat against a wall • Base spread in A-frame position: about 5 ft. front to back for a stable, wide stance • Ladder weight: approximately 40 lbs. — one person can carry and reposition it • Duty rating: Type IA, 300 lb. load capacity per manufacturer labels on the rails How it adjusts Release the two locking hinges at the center and the ladder pivots between four working setups: twin-front A-frame stepladder for open floor work, full extension ladder for walls and rooflines, 90° straight ladder for tight corners, and a stairway/uneven-surface position where each side is set to a different height. The inner sections slide and lock rung by rung, so you can dial the height in roughly 1 ft. steps rather than being stuck at one fixed length. Features • Multi-position aluminum ladder with four working configurations • Locking hinges convert between A-frame, extension, 90°, and stairway positions • Slip-resistant wide rungs on both sides — climbable from either end in A-frame mode • Rubber/plastic non-marring feet with wide outrigger stance • Lightweight aluminum — one person can move and reposition it • Folds down for flat storage against a wall Best used for • Retail, restaurant, and warehouse maintenance • Lighting, ceiling, HVAC vent, and signage work • Painting, drywall, and general contracting • Event install and strike — drapery, rigging, décor • Home use: gutters, roofline, high ceilings, stairwells Condition: Pre-owned and used commercially. The ladder is structurally sound, the hinges lock and release properly, and it stands stable and square. It shows normal working wear — scuffs, dust, paint flecks, and surface scratches on the aluminum rails and rungs, plus wear on the feet. Manufacturer safety labels are intact and legible. Not cleaned or refinished; sold exactly as photographed. Pricing: Comparable new 18-ft. multi-position ladders retail for roughly $230 to $300. Priced at $95 for a fast closeout sale. Buyer should inspect the ladder and its locking hinges in person before purchase and use. Sold as-is with no warranty. Use only per the manufacturer safety labels on the rails.
